The German firm Bernard Krone has entered into a deal which sees it taking over all of the shares in the Krone Dogus Treyler joint venture. The transaction envisages the Krone Dogus Treyler production facility passing 100% into Krone ownership - subject to clearance by the Turkish competition authority.
