European airfreight hubs manage to counter the prevailing trend

The airport association ACI Europe has established a small 0.4% decline in the overall volume of cargo handled at Europe's hubs in March this year, in comparison with March 2014. This means that in the third month of the year too, the airports that were assessed developed differently than was the case in the like-for-like month last year (see also ITJ 13-14/2015, page 16; and ITJ 17-18/2015, page 8 of the Special supplement).
