Time is money - this seems to be dictating the pace for the dismantling of decades of alienation between the USA and Cuba, speeding it along faster than the opening up of Iran. On 16 February the path to the resumption of bilateral aviation services was cleared, and by 21 March the decisions concerning which airline will fly where how often from this summer onwards are expected to have already been taken.
