This edited volume provides readers with excellent exposure to a wide variety of causal theory, methods and applications. The contributors are well known in the field of causality and represent a range of perspectives. The book is well organised and edited. Nearly every chapter can stand on its own for researchers who are well versed in causal methods, while some of the early chapters provide good background information for readers who are newer to the field. Some chapters are more technical than others, and so accessibility of the book varies. Overall, the editors did an admirable job of making this feel more like a book written by the same authors rather than a collection of separate papers.
