Swiss Combi to purchase stake in SBB Cargo

SWISS Federal Railways (SBB) confirmed on August 30 that Swiss Combi, a company established by four Swiss transport and logistics firms, will acquire a 35% stake in its rail freight subsidiary SBB Cargo. Swiss Combi comprises Planzer Holding (40%), Camion Transport (40%), Bertschi (10%), and Galliker Holding (10%). SBB will retain the remaining 65% stake in SBB Cargo.
