摘要

The enzyme system was used to mimic the T-flip-flop memory unit. In this system the enzyme, horseradish pcroxidase, was activated by H_2O_2 (T-input) oxidizing 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbcnzidinc and resulting in different optical characteristics of the solution, depending on the initial state of the system. The present system offers a new approach to the realization of the T-flip-flop system which is easy for integration with sophisticated bio-catalytic cascades operating as the logic networks performing various computing steps.
