Note on the paper 'Resource-constrained project management using enhanced theory of constraint' by Wei et al

In a recent paper Wei, Liu and Tsai present an "advanced TOC method for project scheduling under resource constraints". In this note we demonstrate that the authors (a) largely ignore the state of the art in resource-constrained project scheduling, (b) do not offer a correct application of the critical chain scheduling concepts, and (c) describe an alternative scheduling approach that is not based on sound arguments.
