WISE (Weighted Impact Structured Evaluation): a new method to Analyze the project management context

摘要

This article presents a new method (WISE-Weighted Impact Structured Evaluation): it is an analytical instrument used to simplify an economic context and to incorporate quantitative tech- niques into the analysis of the project management context. This structural analysis approach analyzes the evolution of an economic system guided by relationships between different variables. Evaluating the effect of these relationships, the method singles out variables exerting consider- Able influence or depending from the others. An application of the method to the analysis of Remote banking projects is also presented.
