Theory of constraints-a status report

The Theory of constraints (TOC) was first applied to production scheduling. For many people this application is the only one TOC brings to mind. Over the past several years TOC has been applied to other areas such as performance measure, supply chains, marketing, sales and managing people. In this paper I review how T0C has been applied to these areas.
