摘要

This special issue of the International Journal of Mobile and Blended Learning (IJMBL) contains four revised and extended articles from the 13th World Conference on Mobile and Contextual Learning (mLearn 2014) held between November 3rd and 5th, 2014, at Kadir-Has University in Istanbul, Turkey. The General Chair of the conference was Marcus Specht while the Program Chairs were Marco Kalz and Yasemin Bayyurt.
