Is this love that I'm feelin'?

Since its introduction, the brand love concept has been garnering great attention among both marketing academics and practitioners. An examination of the extant literature indicates that brand love is often offered as a relationship between the consumer and the brand. In this article, the author argues that brand love should be better conceived as an emotion rather than a relationship.
