The 2nd International Conference on e-Learning (ICEL 2007) was held in the splendid historical buildings of Teacher's College, Columbia University.rnOver 150 papers were submitted to the review process and the 74 papers selected represented work from researchers in the US, Europe, Australia, India and Japan.
