Private hospital operator heal thscope has filed a prospectus for an IPO of up to A$2.57bn. The deal will be Australia's largest float this year. Healthscope will offer 1.124bn-1.277bn shares at A$1.76-$2.29 each, with the maximum number of shares to be sold if the deal prices at the bottom, and vice versa. The price range gives a valuation of 20.0-23.0 times forecast 2015 net profit after tax and an enterprise value to Ebitda of 10.8-12.1.
