Realkredit danmark, the specialist mortgage arm of Danske Bank, made a splash in the Swedish krona market, selling its largest issue to date in the currency - a SKr6.2bn (US$978m) dual-tranche offering of mortgage covered bonds. Both tranches came in floating-rate format, one with a 2.5-year maturity, the other 3.5. The size was skewed towards the shorter piece, which came in at SKr4.6bn, while the longer offering was limited to SKr1.6bn.
