PNG-based but Australian-listed oil search has refinanced for another three years a pair of bilateral revolving credits each of US$125m. ANZ provided one of the revolvers and Commonwealth Bank of Australia came up with the other. The move lifts the company's total undrawn corporate facilities to US$750m, including a US$500m revolver due to expire in October 2017.
