Viva energy may complete a REIT listing as early as the first quarter of 2016, according to people close to the plan. The company plans to raise A$500m-$700m (US$363m-$509m) through an ASX listing of the REIT, comprising more than 420 of its service stations, the sources said. Deutsche Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch are joint lead managers.
