Firtsmac issued A$500m of prime residential mortgage-backed securities last Thursday through Firstmac Mortgage Funding Trust No 4 Series 2-2015, but had to offer much wider spreads than it achieved earlier in the year. ANZ, NAB and Westpac were joint lead managers. The A$400m Class Ala notes, with a weighted-average life of 2.8 years and credit support of 15%, priced to yield one-month BBSW plus 117bp, at the wide end of 115bp area guidance.
