Regional lender pepper Australia has mandated CBA, NAB and Westpac to arrange meetings this week with RMBS investors in Sydney for a potential capital markets transaction. In June, Pepper Australia priced a A$550m (US$396m) equivalent dual-tranche offering of non-conforming RMBS on June 5 through Pepper Residential securities Trust No 14. Two months earlier, Pepper Australia issued A$350m of prime RMBS through Pepper Prime Private Placement Trust 2015-1.
