Shenhua group, China's biggest coal-miner, plans to list its wind farm assets in Hong Kong to raise US$800m-$lbn in the first half of 2016, according to four people with direct knowledge of the plan. The state-owned miner recently invited several investment banks to pitch for the IPO mandate. No mandate has been issued so far. A spokesman at Shenhua did not return calls to IFR.
