Shanghai haohai biological technology has started pre-marketing its Hong Kong IPO of about US$200m. A roadshow is scheduled to start on Wednesday with pricing slated for April 23. UBS is the sole sponsor on the float. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of absorbable biomedical materials.
