HETA creditors reveal exposures

Creditors have revealed their individual exposures to debt issued by heta asset resolution, the run-off vehicle of former Austrian regional bank Hypo Alpe Adria, ahead of possible legal action against Austria. At the beginning of March, federal authorities in Austria put €11bn of HETA's liabilities in moratorium until the end of May 2016. No interest payments or maturities will be paid during that period, even on debt guaranteed by the state of Carinthia, the area where the bank was based.
