Hangzhou hikvision technology's US$100m three-year debut term loan has closed with around six banks joining mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners HSBC and Standard Chartered. The facility, to be signed in late January, has an average life of 2.325 years and pays a margin of 265bp over three-month Libor. HSBC is also the facility and documentation agent.
