Retirement home operator aveo group has completed an A$275m (US$224m) three-year loan to refinance facilities of A$297.5m maturing in August 2015. The new loan comprises an A$120m core facility, a A$30m working capital facility, an A$100m development facility and an A$25m bank guarantee facility. The loan increases the company's weighted average time to maturity to 2.5 years. The next debt maturity will occur in October 2016. Aveo also cancelled A$150m of interest-rate swaps.
