SFO seeks to gag Boath's case vs Barclays

Britain's Serious Fraud Office is pressing for a civil lawsuit against barclays by former investment banker Richard Boath to be heard in private to avoid prejudicing its investigation into the bank's 2008 emergency fundraising.
