Aluminum corporation of china, known as Chalco, received one of October's largest order books for an issue of US$500m perpetual non-call five notes, but a softer market tone had an impact on pricing. The state-owned enterprise took in orders of US$2.4bn from 160 accounts. Books had reached as high as US$5bn prior to final pricing.
