Propertylink group has set an indicative price range of A$0.75-A$1.49 for its planned Australian Securities Exchange IPO of A$500m (US$376m). The company will sell between 336.5m and 662.4m shares in the offer. The market capitalisation of the company stands to hit A$565.9m, the prospectus says. The institutional offer takes place on August 4 and trading in the stock begins the next day. Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan are advisers on the IPO.
