The US investment-grade bond market reawakened with some vigour last week, and market participants hope the new-found optimism is here to stay. The high-grade primary market logged US$30.95bn in issuance through Thursday, making it the second-busiest week of 2016, behind only the week in January that welcomed ab inbev's US$46bn whopper.
