Inter milan debuted in bond markets with a €300m offering, brushing aside concerns about a rare structure that borrows project finance techniques. The five-year non-call two senior secured deal came with a "secured account waterfall" under which the issuer, inter media, places cashflows into certain accounts, preventing it from making payments to Inter Milan before satisfying the account requirements - which include paying back creditors.
