cdb financial leasinG is back in the market for a US$300m three-year onshore loan, less than a year after having signed a US$150m facility. Sole mandated lead arranger and bookrunner Mizuho Bank (China) is leading the latest loan, which offers an interest margin of 105bp over three-month Libor and has an average life of 2.66 years.
