Singha Estate brings first combo

Thai property developer sinGha estate raised US$229m from a concurrent primary share placement and convertible bond offering last Wednesday, in the country's first combo equity raising. The placement was the company's first issue of primary shares since its backdoor listing in 2014. It sold 400m shares, 6.2% of its current capital, to raise Bt1.66bn (US$49m) at a fixed price of Bt4.16, a 10% discount to the pre-deal close of Bt4.64.
