The ASX listing of convenience retail reit is expected to raise around A$162m (US$125m), according to a company statement. The REIT's IPO involves the sale of 54.1m units priced at A$3 each. Around 31m units are available under an institutional and broker firm offer, while roughly 22m will be sold through a cash-out facility.
