A five-year financing of A$600m for ERASERS CENTREPOINT has attracted 16 lenders in general syndication. Barclays, Mizuho Bank and Bank of Nova Scotia were the mandated lead arrangers, underwriters and bookrunners on the financing, comprising a A$480m term loan facility (Tranche A) and a A$120m revolving credit facility (Tranche B). The loan was increased from A$500m after the A$100m greenshoe option was exercised.
