M&A loan financing in the Nordic region is expected to increase over the next 12 months, while refinancing activity will either remain flat or will increase, according to respondents to a survey by the Loan Market Association ahead of its Stockholm seminar last Tuesday. Nearly 60% of respondents think that there will be a small increase in M&A financing in the region over the next year, with 3.5% expecting a substantial increase.
