Australian billionaire James Packer completed a full retreat from his Macau casino last week. The casino is a joint venture with fellow scion Lawrence Ho. The wall-crossed block trade came ahead of the open on Monday, New York time, when Deutsche Bank, UBS and Morgan Stanley reoffered 27.8m American depositary shares in Nasdaq-listed MELCO RESORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT at US$21.35 each, the midpoint of a US$21.25-$21.45 reoffer range and a 4.4% discount to Friday's close.
