EU proposes simplification of swaps rules

The European Union has proposed changest to sweeping derivatives reforms in a bid to simplify rules and alleviate the burden on end-users. In its review of European Marketa Infrastructure Regulation, the EU's executive body proposed an end tot unpopular and costly measures such as dual-t sided reporting and frontloading of historict trades into clearinghouses.
