VOLKSWAGEN FINANCIAL services has mandated ANZ and HSBC to arrange investor updates for a possible Australian dollar ABS issue under the Driver Australia ABS programme. VW Financial Services printed the third deal off its Driver Australia ABS programme on March 4 last year. Driver Australia Three's A$500m Class A notes, with a 1.76-year weighted-average life and 14% credit support, were priced at one-month BBSW plus 170bp. The A$31m Class Bs with a 2.69-year WAL and 8.6% credit support were priced 265bp wide of one-month BBSW.
