Blue skies for Azul's upsized IPO

After multiple aborted attempts, Brazilian discount airline AZUL has finally taken flight on a R$1.79bn (US$571.3m) IPO. The upsizing of the deal was significant not only for Azul, but also for the financial backers who helped get the carrier off the ground back in 2008.
