A Native American tribe is tapping junk-bond investors through investment bank Jefferies to finance a new casino, sources familiar with the matter told IFR on Thursday. The Buena Vista Rancheria of Me-Wuk Indians of California hopes to raise US$200m through a five-year non-call two secured bond issue that is expected to receive low Single B ratings.
