Global raters outline China plans

Two of the world's biggest credit rating agencies have outlined contrasting plans for their onshore China businesses as they seek long-elusive licences in the world's third-biggest bond market. Moody's and S&P have recently published detailed applications for rating licences in China's interbank bond market.
