Barclays bank plc has mandated BNP Paribas as sole arranger, and alongside JP Morgan a joint lead manager, for two securitisations of UK owner-occupier and buy-to-let mortgages acquired from Bradford & Bingley via government vehicle UK Asset Resolution. The deals will refinance the £5.3bn mortgages sold in two portfolios - one of owner-occupied mortgages and the other buy-to-let - to Barclays and Pimco, with the latter providing equity funding.
