Flora Food to test HY LBO appetite

Flora food croup is marketing high-yield bonds to fund its buyout by KKR, a deal that will prove to be a litmus test for the billions of dollars in similar LBO trades waiting in the wings. The company, formerly Unilever's spreads division, announced a senior unsecured €1.05bn-equivalent eight-year non-call three bond on Wednesday and set minimum sizes on the euro and US dollar tranches at €500m and US$500m, respectively.
