Hong Kong-listed poly property croup last Tuesday priced US$350m of three-year US dollar senior unsecured bonds in a recently unfavourable market. The Reg S unrated bonds were priced at par to yield 5.2%, slightly tighter than initial guidance of 5.3% area, on the back of its state-owned background.
