STLC kept waiting for revived trade

State-owned stlc was forced to wait last week to revive a pulled trade as poor market conditions kept it on the sidelines. The Russian transport company isn't the only issuer waiting for a better window but it is arguably the most closely watched given it failed to issue in February, not to mention the heightened political tension between Russia and the West over the past few weeks.
