LLOYDS BANK has promoted David Carmalt (left) to head of debt capital markets, a source said. Carmalt was previously head of financial institutions in DCM. He will continue to report to Allen Appen, head of bond financing. Guillaume Fleuti, formerly head of corporate DCM, will head a combined infrastructure group across corporates and markets, aimed at creating a single route for origination, structuring and execution. Bankers in the global corporates infrastructure group will now report to Fleuti.
