BARCLAYS has appointed Steven Penketh as head of securitised products solutions in Europe and the Middle East. Penketh most recently worked as chief operating officer for Barclays International. He will report to Scott Eichel, global head of securitised products, and take the role left by Cecile Hillary, who is now deputy treasurer at Lloyds Banking Croup.
