Deals in the making for crown holdings, cruppo argenta and fedriconi are set to further strengthen an already bustling high-yield M&A pipeline. High-yield bonds will partly finance the acquisition by US packaging company Crown Holdings of peer SIGNODE INDUSTRIAL GROUP HOLDINGS, according to a banker on the deal.
