Dutch online appliance retailer COOLBLUE cancelled its roughly €600m Euronext Amsterdam IPO on Wednesday at the end of pre-marketing, adding its name to a list of eight other companies to pull a listing since summer out of 28 deals that launched, not including funds and SPACs. UK roofing tiles business MARLEY cancelled its IPO on Tuesday and German pharmaceutical logistics business TRANS-O-FLEX the previous week put on hold a Frankfurt float targeting at least €130m in primary alongside undisclosed secondary. Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan were joint global coordinators, and joint bookrunners with Jefferies and UniCredit/Kepler Cheuvreux on Trans-o-Flex. The first seven months of the year included 10 cancellations.
