RAMSAY HEALTH CARE has increased its debut sustainability-linked loan to A$1.5bn (US$1.13bn) from an initial launch size of A$1.39bn. The deal is split equally into three, four and five-year tenors. Commonwealth Bank of Australia, HSBC, MUFG and National Australia Bank were the mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners of the multi-currency revolving credit facilities. HSBC was the sole sustainable finance adviser.
