Private hospital operator RAMSAY HEALTH CARE has mandated four banks on a AS1.39bn (US$1.08bn) sustainability-linked loan for refinancing and general corporate purposes. Commonwealth Bank of Australia, HSBC, MUFG and National Australia Bank are the mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners of the multi-currency revolving credit facilities, which comprise a A$450m facility A, a A$450m facility B, a A$300m facility C and a US$150m facility D. Tranche A matures on July 31 2024, tranche B on July 31 2025, and tranches C and Don July 312026. Facility A, B and C are available in Aussie and US dollars and euros, while facility D is only available in US dollars.
