Signify raises US$564m in NYSE IPO

New Mountain Capital-backed signify health continued a hot streak for disruptive healthcare providers in the IPO market, soaring 31.5% on its debut after commanding a hefty premium on a US$564m NYSE IPO. Coldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Barclays and Deutsche Bank placed 23.5m shares at US$24.00 on Wednesday night. Though Signify increased the marketing range from US$17-$19 to US$20-$21 on the morning before pricing, the latter proved not much of a guide in the end given the deal came US$3 above range.
